I knew the moment I took responsibility for my client’s wellbeing — both short-term and long-term.

Our “loan status updates,” and ability to be charming over the phone doesn’t justify a crappy rate.

If you’re selling points just to hit the national average, understand what you’re actually doing: selling a faulty, over-inflated product — making other people rich while your client quietly suffers for it.

And once you see it, you can’t un-see it.
