2 Ways BridgePoint Is Doing It Differently

Hosted a mastermind at the office this AM.

Had the pleasure of hosting 6 small business owners, all striving to get ahead of AI and leverage it instead of being replaced by it.

This left me with two thoughts:

#1 Bridgepoint will leverage AI, not be replaced.

We are already implementing AI to bring business in, not to cut people out, locally and companywide.

We are constantly exploring new strategies to help our LOs produce for their benefit, as well as our business partners.

#2 Bridgepoint will be community based.

Everyone says their offices will host gatherings. But how many actually do?

My office that I spent most of my career at had a studio and large classroom setting. 1-2 LOs used the studio but it was mostly for our top producer and our VP who used it for recruiting purposes. We were told it was for us but it never felt like it was.

Our classroom hosted a couple events per year.

We have had our office in Chandler, AZ for 2 months and we have already hosted 6 events.

My rule is simple- if it’ll make you money, or further your community, you have the green light. And that will always be the policy.
